2185 Pont Alma
The bank accepted our offer on the house this morning. I am head of heals excited about the situation. I am feeling so much better this afternoon knowing that when we leave this beautiful spot that there is a place waiting for us. I looking forward to spending a couple of weeks at my in-laws and then off to Reno for the holiday and my mom's 60Th birthday. When we get home we should be able to move in! Thank you to everyone who prayed, crossed their fingers, and just kept the positive flow going. Leah

Husband Tag
So I have been tagged and I think I did this same tag last year but that is okay because it is always fun. So here are the rules... Each person answers questions about their sweethearts and at the end of the post you tag 4 people and post their names, then go to their blog and comment to them that they have been tagged.
What is your husband's name? James Joseph Korona Jr.
How long have you been married? Six years
How long did you date? almost 2 years
How old is he? 33
Who eats sweets? He really only likes ice cream, I will eat just about all sweets
Who said I Love You first? He did. We were in Laughlin Nevada
Who is taller? He is.
Who can sing best? I think we are about the same
Who is smarter? We both are smart but in different ways. He is math wizard and knows all the facts.
Who does the laundry? I do 100% of the time
Who pays the bills? Jim, I have tried but I don't do them right.
Who sleeps on the right side of the bed? He does... I am wondering about this question. Do men normally sleep on the right side?
Who mows the lawn? Jim does, but I do on a occasion
Who cooks dinner? I do. He will work the BBQ sometimes.
Who drives? 50/50
Who is the first to admit they are wrong? Me
Who kissed who first? He kissed me first
Who asked who out first? We worked together so we became really good friends first. I believe he asked me to go out with to dinner after he returned from a trip.
Who wears the pants? I liked to think we both do!

Dinner with my best friends
Tonight was a bitter sweet night. A group of my dearest friends and I get together once a month for dinner. Always the same restaurant because they don't bother us. Normally because we are there for at least 4 hours talking it up. Tonight we ended up talking for a additional 1/2 hour in parking lot. I came home thinking how thankful for them I am and so sad that I am not going to have them with me (physically) on a regular basis. I love you girls. So I will see you next week for dinner again?! I have to see them as much I can in the next month!

Godparents visit!
My wonderful Godparents were here last night for a quick but great visit. They have retired to the Big Island of Hawaii so we only get to see them 2 times a year. We had a nice Greek feast for dinner. The kids had a nice evening playing around with them. I enjoyed a long conversation with my Godmother after the kids went to bed. She is a very important and special person in my life. She has always been there for me at every step of the way on my journey of life. There are so many things to thank them for that the list is too long.
There are headed to the Bay area this morning to visit there son and his family. We will see them again on Thursday as the head back to the Vegas valley before heading back home to Hawaii.

Day at the Beach!
The kids and I had a fabulous day at the beach on Thursday. Celia Mae was out of school because of a Jewish Holiday. I was a bit nervous about taking all 3 kids to the ocean. But I figured we are very limited to how many times we will be going to the beach soon. It is a favorite spot for our family. The kids had the best time. Celia and Mia jumped the waves and built sandcastles for 4 hours. Thomas and I stayed a bit farther from the water and played in the sand. Celia even managed to get stung by a bee while there but we handled it. We packed up at 2:30 and Mama took the long route through Mulholland so that the kids could enjoy some much deserved rest.
