We are putting a offer in on a house tomorrow. I am going to be keeping my fingers crossed that it happens. The house is new I never thought I would be in a new house. Wish us luck!

No not that new... But it is finished except for the applicances. If the deal goes through (bank owned) we close on the 21st of November.
